hdparm-udeb software package provides tune hard disk parameters for high performance, you can install in your Debian 9 (Stretch) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install hdparm-udeb
hdparm-udeb is installed in your system.
Make ensure the hdparm-udeb package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep hdparm-udeb *
You will get with hdparm-udeb package name, version, architecture and description in a table
